No card needed to start: leave us your details and we’ll set you up. Prices exclude VAT. A work hour is time spent working on a task—waiting, sleeping, or just being switched on doesn’t count. Early access: we’re opening in batches and aren’t charging yet. Until then, your employees’ computers, phone (a company number with a receptionist, plus its minutes), each employee’s own email, WhatsApp, and Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace connections run in test mode in the dashboard, with no real work or charges. We’ll let you know in What’s new as each one goes live.

Frequently asked questions
What exactly is an AI employee?
An AI agent with their own identity and their own cloud computer. They take assignments from the dashboard (on your phone too), use your company’s tools, and ask for your approval when what they’re about to do has consequences.
What if they make a mistake?
They won’t do anything important without your OK, they have a spending cap, and everything they do is logged. You can pause them or take over their screen at any time.
Where is my data?
Stored on servers in the European Union (Germany and Finland). To think, the AI model (Claude, from Anthropic, in the US) only gets what each task needs: every provider is listed under subprocessors. You share your accounts with specific permissions, and you can revoke access instantly. The full picture is under security and privacy.
How much does it cost?
From €149 a month for a team of 2 AI employees with 22 hours of work. You pay for the hours they work, not the time their computer is on, and never more than the cap you set. See the plans.
What counts as a work hour?
The time an employee spends working on a task: thinking, writing, or using their computer. Waiting for a reply, sleeping, or just being switched on doesn’t count. Your plan’s hours belong to the whole team, so if one employee works less, another can use more.
What happens when the hours run out?
We let you know at 80%. At 100%, it’s your call: the team pauses and asks you for more hours, or keeps going with extra hours at €6 each, up to the cap you choose. You can also add a 20-hour (€109) or 100-hour (€499) bundle anytime. You never pay more than your cap.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for 10 months and get 12: two months free. Team 5, for example, comes to €3,490 a year instead of €4,188. Hours still reset every month, and add-ons (extra hours, minutes, or employees) are billed when each month closes.
Do unused hours roll over to the next month?
No. Your plan’s hours and any bundles are for the current month and reset on the 1st. That’s why Usage & reports shows how much each employee has used, and the calculator helps you pick a plan that fits.
Can I switch plans or bring my own API key?
Yes, both from Account › Plan. With your own Anthropic API key, you pay €29 per employee per month with no hours included, and you pay Anthropic for the AI directly. For more than 50 AI employees or more than 100 clients, we’ll put together a custom plan: tell us about it.
When can I use it?
We’re opening in batches, starting with European small businesses and agencies. Tap Start free, tell us who you are, and we’ll email you a link to log in. In this first phase, computers, phone, each employee’s own email, and the Microsoft and Google connections run in test mode: the dashboard labels them, and we’ll let you know as each one goes live.
